Nexly operates as a specialized online local service matching platform connecting property owners and residents in the Durham Region (including Ajax, Pickering, Whitby, Oshawa, and surrounding areas) with independent, local roofing contractors. Nexly is not a licensed roofing contractor, tradesperson, or direct employer of individual service personnel.
Independent Contractor Disclaimer

Third-Party Providers: All roofing inspections, repairs, installations, and related trade work are performed independently by third-party contractors (“Service Providers”).
No Direct Liability: Nexly does not perform roofing labor directly and is not responsible or liable for any work, representation, pricing, damages, or disputes arising between you and any independent contractor.
User Due Diligence: Users are encouraged to verify licensing, insurance coverage, and credentials directly with the assigned contractor before entering into any formal service agreement.

User Responsibilities & Submissions
By submitting a service request or contacting us through phone or online forms, you agree that:

All information provided by you is accurate, current, and complete.
You are the legal owner or authorized representative of the property requiring service.
You grant us permission to share your contact details and service needs with our network of local contractors in Ontario to fulfill your inquiry.

Intellectual Property
All content on this website—including logos, text, graphics, page layouts, and branding under the name Nexly—is the intellectual property of Nexly and is protected by applicable Canadian copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorized copying or redistribution is strictly prohibited.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Ontario law, Nexly shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of this site or from any services rendered by third-party contractors connected through our platform.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
